Case Study

Series of Corporate Headshots across Howkins & Harrison’s regional offices.

The photography style requested was that of a relaxed demeanour, with an air of formality and consistency.

Working closely with the Howkins & Harrison’s Senior Management team, I was commission to capture a series of Corporate Headshots and Portraits. The initial photoshoot was local for me in Rugby, Warwickshire and it was a cold frosty January morning, so fortunately this shoot was indoors in the warmth of their offices.

ON THE DAY - Team Headshot Photography

The logistics for the day led to all the headshot photography to be taken inside the main boardroom against the branded/printed walls. It was an enjoyable day with plenty of nerves and plenty of laughs for all, which always makes my job easier as everyone relaxes.

Using the boardroom to set up for the headshots was fairly simply with a one light set up due to the large windows offering so much natural winter sunlight through, so much so at one point we had to turn all of the equipment around so the sun wasn’t in the faces of the Howkins & Harrison’s employees. We had hoped to capture some of the images outside of the Rugby branch office but due to the sub zero temperature’s and bitterly chilly wind we opted to stay warm inside.
