how My CORPORATE HEADSHOTS Works

On the day of the shoot or shoots, setup is the first order of the day. Thereafter the biggest challenge is typically the logistics of filing team members through at a regular pace with the disruption of calls, meets and business life.

Define the Brief

The first stage of booking your Corporate Headshot Photoshoot is to establish your requirements, from location or locations, staff numbers and the desired style of headshot photography. Along with a broader conversation about the scheduling and management.

Define Time Required

Depending on the number of locations, style of the photoshoot and critically the number of persons to be captured, along with some logistics, we can quickly establish the time requirements and schedule if multiple shoots are required.

Tailor Quotation

Quotations are tailored to your specific requirements, but the tariff rates are based on time bands of 0-2hrs, 2-4 hrs, 4-6hrs and full day periods, along with editing considerations and the number of onsite visits or locations.

Conduct the Shoot

Setting up the equipment onsite is usually the first order of the day on a shoot. Following this, the next step is the logistics of filing team members through regularly to get their picture taken all while managing the busy working life of an office.

Post Shoot Editing

Post shoot, commercial and corporate headshots are typically turned around within 2-4 weeks, depending on your requirements this can be expedited. Editing typically consists of light touching and finishing edits.

Sign off & Completion

On completion of the editing, the photoshoot images are provided for review and sign off. Images are provided with full commercial license to use for marketing and commercial use, with copyright and ownership retained by ELP.
