Hi, I’m Emma Lowe, I’m an experienced Warwickshire Wedding Photographer based in Rugby, covering wedding venues across the entire region. You’ll also find me zipping up and down the country for special requests and referrals.
My preference is to capture my couples with natural and elegant photography, not overly staged, nor overly edited. In essence to mirror your real memories as if time truly stood still. Equally I’m still a strong believer in capturing a series of more formal / posed couple and family/group photographs to take pride of place in your wedding album or be placed, framed or mounted on the wall.
I like to think of my wedding photographer style as ‘adaptable and dynamic’, adjusting myself and my photography to your requirements. Whether discreetly capturing your stunning images in stealth mode, or taking charge mode to manage a lively group.

Initial Conversation
The first step is having an initial conversation about your wedding and to check the availability of your wedding date and which package.

Secure Your Date
Perfect you have selected me to photograph and capture your wedding day in Warwickshire. To secure your date a 25% deposit is required to secure the date.

Deposit Payment
You will receive 2 invoices 1 for the 25% deposit and a second one that will be due 4 weeks before the booked wedding date.

Consultation Session
I offer as many consultations as you would like to talk about the details of your wedding and to get to know you better. The day is all about you!

Confirm Package
Once you have fully confirmed the package you would like, this would be emailed to me as a confirmation .

Final Payment
The balance remaining on your package is due 4 weeks prior to your wedding date. You are welcome to pay instalments before if this is easier.

Final Scheduling
Before your wedding we can email or speak over the phone to finalise any further photos or information you would like to check.

Its your wedding day, relax we have talked and I understand everything you would like from style to whom you would like in what photo!

Editing & Products
After please allow 6-12 weeks for all images to be completed. These are fully edited and supplied on a secure online gallery.

Warwickshire Wedding Photographers' Dates Go Fast
In any given month, I’ll have multiple Warwickshire weddings, often in the same week or on the same weekend, so it’s important to get your day secured early. You can do this by selecting your wedding photographer package and paying a non-refundable deposit of 25%. Most couples book early in their planning stage to secure my services, approximately 6-18months before their Big Day. Albeit not uncommon to last minute bookings depending on what is still available and even couples securing my services 2 years in advance.

Come and enjoy a consultation session with me to discuss your wedding photographer requirements and the logistics of your Big Day, this can be in person at my home studio or via video link if more convenient.
These relaxed sessions will give us the chance to get to know each other better and learn what you are looking for from your wedding photographer and any products you want to consider.
We’ll also discuss your budget, how many guests are attending, venue specifics (if you know the venue), the style of photography, the plan for the day and if you have a wedding coordinator/planner, then details like the wedding photography contract, and much more.

Costs & Image Packages
I try to keep my Wedding Photographer pricing simple, with 5 main packages designed to cater for varying requirements. They are predominantly based on my time, and you can view my pricing here.
If you have something particular in mind please don’t hesitate to contact me to discuss your requirements as my Wedding photography packages can be amended to provide a bespoke package just for you. This includes adding extra time or venues.
On the day, it is not uncommon to be requested to stay on for additional time on my hourly rate, which I will always try to accommodate as best as I can.
I understand that Warwickshire wedding photographers can be (are) expensive, so I do try to keep my costs and product costs competitive whilst maintaining high-end products, even with the demand and popularity of my wedding photography.

My Wedding Photographer Packages are all time based, to cater for couples requiring my services for differing durations, from capture every moment starting with getting ready, to guests arriving, to the Ceremony / Register, to the Wedding Breakfast / Meal and Cake cutting, to the formal photographs, right through to the party element of your Big Day!
Equally my packages cater for couples that only require my time to capture very specific photographs in a shorter time period. Please be aware, that if moving between venues in Warwickshire, I may be held up in traffic or by unforeseen obstacles, so work with me on timings to provide adequate time to move around and if needed reserve parking to aid swift transitions or provide lifts. We’ll work together to aid transitions.
I’m often asked which are my favourite Warwickshire venues, but they are all beautiful and have their own unique charms. It won’t be a surprise that I’ve conducted the Wedding photography at most of the venues in the region, but I do like Coombe Abbey, Bourton Hall, Kilworth House, Ashton Lodge, Draycote, Wooton Hall to name just a handful, I could go on they are all wonderful…
Managing Your Wedding Photography on the Big Day
Every couple is different, some like me to take charge of planning their wedding photography style, managing the various images captured on the day as I choose and are quite relaxed in the editing process after their wedding, whereas some couples are the complete opposite with very clear views, styles, and scenes they wish for me to capture. I’m more than happy to be either-or and can dance somewhere in the middle if needed.
On the Big Day, most couples like a happy medium, from discreetly moving about largely unseen, with only a little gentle steering of the family/group for main photographs, to full ‘crowd management’ mode, moving people around effectively without making anyone feel bossed about or herded. I’m quite relaxed in either mode and occasionally I’ll have to take charge to make sure you get the photographs you requested using my experience.
If you later decide that you’ll like all your images on a USB, the standard charge is £400. These images will only have light touching and cropping applied.
If you’d like albums, frames and prints adding to your package or after your Wedding Day, this can be arranged.
It is not uncommon for Couples to view their photographs and wish to amend there options for albums and printing with extras.

Warwickshire is one of the most idyllic and romantic counties in the country, nestled right in the heart of England. The Warwickshire villages, towns and cities have a fascinating history and the beautiful buildings make for some incredible venues for wedding ceremonies.
Warwickshire County Council Registrars’ service offers a range of Marriage, Civil Partnership and Renewal of Vows ceremonies, at locations across the county including their own Ceremony Rooms and also at Licensed Venues.

To the exclusive Country House of Ashton Lodge. To the award winning Belfry Hotel & Resort. Or the many other beautiful Warwickshire Wedding Venues, such as Ardencote Manor, Brownsover Hall Hotel, Stratford upon Avon’s Hilton, Forest of Arden Hotel, Mallory Court Hotel. Rugby Wedding Ceremonies, VENUES & Churches
Rugby has a world renowned heritage with one of the oldest schools in the country and of course is the birthplace of Rugby the sport. Rugby has it’s own Registry Office in the town centre and some stunning wedding venues in or around Rugby ideal for every type of wedding. As a local Wedding Photographer in Rugby, I am regularly at these venues and churches.
The Bloxam Room, Rugby Registry Office
The Bloxam Room and the adjacent beautifully kept quaint gardens are at Rugby Registry Office. The historic ceremony room has an elegant Jade and Cream décor and is furnished to seat 50 guests. The beautifully kept gardens provide an excellent photo opportunity wedding photographs after your ceremony. I provide Wedding Photography for The Bloxam Rooms regularly, often moving on to other local Rugby Wedding Venues for the Wedding Reception and evening events.
Bourton Hall, Rugby
Bourton Hall is located to the south of Rugby. Bourton Hall’s beautiful Georgian building and gardens make it one of the most romantic wedding venues in the Rugby area. The wedding and management team at Bourton Hall are second to none and could not do enough to make your wedding day go smoother. Bourton Hall is fully licensed for civil weddings & partnerships, or couple can marry at local churches and use the hall for the wedding reception. Up to 120 guests can dine in style within the grand Banqueting Hall , then enjoy the night in the Draycote Bar & Disco. Bourton Hall is one of my popular wedding photographer jobs and its a wonderful wedding venue.
Ashton Lodge Country House, Rugby
Set in the beautiful Warwickshire countryside to the north-west of Rugby and to the west of Coventry, Ashton Lodge Country House with its 3 acres of beautiful gardens is an idyllic and exclusive use wedding venue. Licensed for civil weddings & partnerships, or couple can marry at local churches and use Ashton Lodge for the wedding reception. The Garden room can seat up to 120 people and the marquee 150 people for your wedding reception. This is one of my favourite venues, the venue, the staff and the photography options.
Coombe Abbey, Nr Rugby
Few wedding venues are more romantic than Coombe Abbey Hotel and the 500 Acres of beautiful countryside. The bedchambers are quite incredible and available wedding photography is endless. Coombe Abbey is a licensed ceremony venue and can seat between 20-500 guests. Located just to the North West of Rugby it is still considered a major Rugby venue. I have to say I enjoy been a Coombe Abbey Wedding Photographer as it is such an incredible place to explore.
