Hi, I’m Emma Lowe, I’m an experienced Warwickshire Wedding Photographer, covering wedding venues across the Rugby, Coventry, Warwick and Leicester. You’ll also find me zipping up and down the country for special requests and referrals.
My preference is to capture my couples with natural and elegant photography, not overly staged, nor overly edited. In essence to mirror your real memories as if time truly stood still. Equally I’m still a strong believer in capturing a series of more formal / posed couple and family/group photographs to take pride of place in your wedding album or be placed, framed or mounted on the wall.
I like to think of my wedding photographer style as ‘adaptable and dynamic’, adjusting myself and my photography to your requirements. Whether discreetly capturing your stunning images in stealth mode, or taking charge mode to manage a lively group.

Initial Conversation
The first step is having an initial conversation about your wedding and to check the availability of your wedding date and which package.

Secure Your Date
Perfect you have selected me to photograph and capture your wedding day. To secure your date a 25% deposit is required to secure the date.

Deposit Payment
You will receive 2 invoices 1 for the 25% deposit and a second one that will be due 4 weeks before the booked wedding date.Â

Consultation Session
I offer as many consultations as you would like to talk about the details of your wedding and to get to know you better. The day is all about you!Â

Confirm Package
Once you have fully confirmed the package you would like, this would be emailed to me as a confirmation .

Final Payment
The balance remaining on your package is due 4 weeks prior to your wedding date. You are welcome to pay instalments before if this is easier.

Final SchedulingÂ
Before your wedding we can email or speak over the phone to finalise any further photos or information you would like to check.

Editing & Products
After please allow 6-12 weeks for all images to be completed. These are fully edited and supplied on a secure online gallery.

Wedding Photographers Dates Go Fast
In any given month, I’ll have multiple weddings, often in the same week or on the same weekend, so it’s important to get your day secured early. You can do this by selecting your wedding photographer package and paying a non-refundable deposit of 25%. Most couples book early in their planning stage to secure my services, approximately 6-18months before their Big Day. Albeit not uncommon to last minute bookings depending on what is still available and even couples securing my services 2years in advance.

This is a very exciting time for you and your partner, with so much to organise.Â
Come and enjoy a consultation session with me to discuss your wedding photographer requirements and the logistics of your Big Day, this can be in person at my home studio or via video link if more convenient. Â
These relaxed sessions will give us the chance to get to know each other better and learn what you are looking for from your wedding photographer and any products you want to consider.
We’ll also discuss your budget, how many guests are attending, venue specifics (if you know the venue), the style of photography, the plan for the day and if you have a wedding coordinator/planner, then details like the wedding photography contract, and much more.Â
Believe me, this will be a very relaxed, fun and easy meeting.
Costs & Image Packages
I try to keep my Wedding Photographer pricing simple, with 5 main packages designed to cater for varying requirements. They are predominantly based on my time, and you can view my pricing here.Â
If you have something particular in mind please don’t hesitate to contact me to discuss your requirements as my Wedding photography packages can be amended to provide a bespoke package just for you. This includes adding extra time or venues.
On the day, it is not uncommon to be requested to stay on for additional time on my hourly rate, which I will always try to accommodate as best as I can.
I understand that wedding photographers can be (are) expensive, so I do try to keep my costs and product costs competitive whilst maintaining high-end products, even with the demand and popularity of my wedding photography.

My Wedding Photographer Packages are all time based, to cater for couples requiring my services for differing durations, from capture every moment starting with getting ready, to guests arriving, to the Ceremony / Register, to the Wedding Breakfast / Meal and Cake cutting, to the formal photographs, right through to the party element of your Big Day!
Equally my packages cater for couples that only require my time to capture very specific photographs in a shorter time period. Please be aware, that if moving between venues, I may be held up in traffic or by unforeseen obstacles, so work with me on timings to provide adequate time to move around and if needed reserve parking to aid swift transitions or provide lifts. We’ll work together to aid transitions.
I’m often asked which are my favourite venues, but they are all beautiful and have their own unique charms. It won’t be a surprise that I’ve conducted the Wedding photography at most of the venues in the region, but I do like Coombe Abbey, Bourton Hall, Kilworth House, Ashton Lodge, Antsy Hall, Draycote to name just a handful, I could go on they are all wonderful ….
One of the challenges for Couples is getting ‘bumped’, by photographers when higher value bookings come in on your booked date.
This is not a professional practice and you can rest assured, I will honour your booking and your date is secured, and further to that, unless due to serious illness or emergency it will always be myself attending.Â
Having rescued a number of couples at last minute who lost their photographers, this is something I feel somewhat passion about!
Wedding Photographer - Payment Options
Full payment is required 30 days prior to your Wedding day and is non-refundable.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking date.
Many couples set up a standing order as a payment plan to spread the costs running up to 30 days prior, or pay in stages at their convenience.Â
Alternatively other couples prefer to settle the remaining balance of 75% in one final payment.Â
My main method of receiving payment is via BACs – bank to bank transfer, however, I can accept PayPal and credit cards via PayPal.
If payments are not made in full on time, then your booking may be lost.
Changing packages
I do try to be as flexible as possible, but equally I do have other professional and personal activities/commitments, as such I would always encourage couples to book the time they need to avoid disappointment, as I may not be able to increase the time period on your Big Day at a later date.Â
That said, I will always do my upmost to be flexible and add additional time subject to my availability. Unfortunately you cannot decrease your package once booked, albeit do always speak with me. I’m here to help, so please call and discuss your requirements, or changing requirement and any issues you have.
Managing Your Photography on the Big Day
Every couple is different, some like me to take charge of planning their wedding photography style, managing the various images captured on the day as I choose and are quite relaxed in the editing process after their wedding, whereas some couples are the complete opposite with very clear views, styles, and scenes they wish for me to capture. I’m more than happy to be either-or and can dance somewhere in the middle if needed.Â
On the Big Day, most couples like a happy medium, from discreetly moving about largely unseen, with only a little gentle steering of the family/group for main photographs, to full ‘crowd management’ mode, moving people around effectively without making anyone feel bossed about or herded. I’m quite relaxed in either mode and occasionally I’ll have to take charge to make sure you get the photographs you requested using my experience.Â
The Magic PhotographY Software ....
Following your Wedding Day, your images will be reviewed, filtered and prepared in readiness to showcase with you via a secure digital portal. All images will have watermarks. This allows you to enjoy reviewing your images at your leisure or with loved ones from the secure digital portal. Depending on your package you’ll be able select your favourite images.
The selected images will undergo any light editing and final touching as required (this excludes advanced editing). Light editing and final touching, includes cropping, lighting adjustments, colour changes, skin and hair adjustments and various object removals, to make your images even sharper.Â
Please provide between 4-10 weeks as a guide to have your images edited. This can be quicker if requested and does depend on the speed of your responses to reviewing and selecting your images. All images are watermarked and will not be released until payment is fully received as an industry norm and editing is completed.
If you require advanced editing, such as splicing two images or significantly modifying the image, this can be discussed and is chargeable at £75 per hour due to the complexity of the work. It is rare advanced editing is requested.Â
If you’d like your photographs in an physical Album or Framed Prints, please speak with me so I can provide a quote.Â
If you later decide that you’ll like all your images on a USB, the standard charge is £400. These images will only have light touching and cropping applied.
If you’d like albums, frames and prints adding to your package or after your Wedding Day, this can be arranged.Â
It is not uncommon for Couples to view their photographs and wish to amend there options for albums and printing with extras.

Absolutely you can – normally most of my couples have tailored their package with me in the discovery meet, where we meet to plan and discuss your requirements. So we can add and tweak as you wish.
If you suddenly require extra time on the day unplanned, then I will do my utmost to stay and will discuss the cost at the point as if its only a short period I may not need to charge at all. You won’t be charged unreasonably I assure you. The only time I cannot is if I have personal commitments that cannot be altered at such short notice. I want you day to be perfect so will pull out all the stops to stay on as long as you need.
