How It All Works - Team Photoshoots

Initial Conversation

Your Headshot Photoshoot starts with a conversation, whether that’s by Phone, Email or Google Meet. In the initial conversation we can discuss your requirements, style and consider time requirements to establish costings.

Book Headshot Date/s

Having discussed your requirements and refined your brief, even bouncing examples back and forth, it’s time to book you in for your shoot. This is relatively painless, it’s simply a case of emailing or calling to confirm options.

Payment & Confirmation

Once we have discussed your Team Headshot Photoshoot, outlined the requirements and style, then scheduled the shoot, we can confirm the booking and raise the invoice accordingly. Booking Confirmed.

Conduct Photoshoot

On the day, the camera and lighting can be setup in a meeting room on site in under 30 mins, and a little logistical management to have your team members filing through at a reasonable rate to maximise the available time.

Review Photographs

After your Team Headshot Photography is complete, your images will all be reviewed, with light editing applied and cropping. Any advanced editing can be discussed (albeit rare). The images will be provided for review.

Final Edits

Having reviewed your Team Headshot Photographs, we can discuss any images that require further editing. Your images can be released in the format you require completing your photoshoot.

Urbanbrand 444. I recently asked Emma to conduct an extensive photographic session at a working aerodrome for my company. The session included some very intensive unusual circumstances and challenges. We All Love a Plan .....

There are normally two main challenges on the day of your Team Corporate Headshots; 1. Where to Set Up and 2. Team Dynamics.

The first one is relatively simply and we normally have had a discussion about securing some space to set the equipment up. Most companies tend to use a meeting room. The second is more variable and sometimes despite the best plans business needs take precedence (i.e. client calls, emails, meetings). Other times staff members just go AWOL or vanish on lunch or breaks. So normally we try to work together to ensure the team are as organised as possible to keep our time requirements tight.

How Much Does It Cost For Team Headshots?

SET TIME BANDS .....

Generating a costing for Team and Corporate Headshots is relatively straight forward, consisting of travel time, time on site and post shoot editing time edit. However, that’s my challenge to work out, you’ll be pleased to know that I operate on straight forward ‘Time Bands’, e.g. 2-4hrs, or 4-6hrs, which means we can flexible on the day if more time is required. Some clients like to cap their time or work to fixed costs, which is quite ok.
