Define Time Required

The time needed for projects can differ, ranging from clients with well-defined and structured briefs to those seeking a more dynamic or creative approach. Some clients may allocate a specific time block to capture a diverse range of images. Emma is readily available to engage in detailed discussions about your specific requirements and can help you clarify and confirm your time constraints. Tariffs are typically customised based on Emma’s standard time bands, such as 2-4 hours, half days, or full days.

Tailor Quotation

Collaborating closely with clients, Emma ensures a well-defined brief that encompasses discussions on the objectives of commercial photography, creative elements, and styling preferences. Additionally, time requirements, including the need for multiple visits, are thoroughly addressed. This comprehensive understanding allows Emma to provide a quotation or estimate for dynamic shoots. Invoices are issued upon booking your shoot, with payment terms set at 30 days post your shoot date.

Conduct the Shoot

Emma’s extensive range of Commercial Photography shoots is truly impressive, spanning collaborations with Owners, Marketing Directors, and Creative Agencies within multi-disciplinary teams, as well as one-on-one sessions with clients to capture the desired commercial photography. Prior to each shoot, Emma ensures clear communication regarding setup requirements and logistics, with a focus on designing shoots to be discreet and minimise disruption. On the day of the shoot, Emma takes charge, ensuring that the sessions are conducted with precision and efficiency.

Post Shoot Editing

After the photoshoot, Emma conducts a thorough review of the captured imagery. Depending on the brief, she collaborates with clients to identify the commercial photographs intended for post-shoot editing. Editing options range from light adjustments like cropping, resizing, and file formatting to moderate alterations, such as adjusting skin, teeth, and eye complexions, or removing elements like overhead electricity wires and lamp posts. More advanced editing techniques may involve significant alterations to achieve the desired visual impact.

Sign off & Completion

In line with the brief, certain images may be integrated into graphic design compositions. However, for the majority of images after post-shoot editing, clients are presented with the material for approval, allowing for any additional edits or modifications as needed. Once clients are completely satisfied, the commercial photography shoot is finalised and signed off. Images are made available under a commercial license for use upon receipt of payment.
