Bourton Hall Wedding Photographer

Near Rugby, Warwickshire

As a Bourton Hall Wedding Photographer, I regularly photograph weddings at this beautiful Warwickshire wedding venue. From the elegant Georgian mansion and former chapel to the stunning grounds and countryside views, Bourton Hall offers wonderful opportunities for natural and timeless wedding photography throughout the day.

Having photographed many weddings at Bourton Hall over the years, I know the venue, grounds and team incredibly well. This experience allows me to help couples relax and enjoy their wedding day while I capture natural, elegant and genuine moments.

One of the things I love most about photographing weddings at Bourton Hall is the balance between elegance and warmth. The venue flows beautifully throughout the day, from the grand staircase and luxurious interiors to the breathtaking sunset views overlooking the Leam Valley.

Whether you’re planning an intimate ceremony or a large celebration, Bourton Hall provides stunning backdrops for every part of your wedding story, helping create timeless photographs you’ll treasure for years to come.

Getting Ready Photographs

The morning preparations truly begin in style when you step into the magnificent Lady Bourton Bridal Suite and its dedicated dressing room. I love capturing the fun, the laughter, and the anticipation as you and your party get ready in this stunning space.

Some of my favourite wedding photographs are often captured during these morning preparations, documenting the excitement, emotion and wonderfully chaotic moments that make every wedding morning unique.

My familiarity with the Hall allows me to be more than just your photographer; I’m happy to step in to help with any last-minute button mishap, pin a tricky headpiece, or manage a minor logistic, all while seamlessly blending into the background to capture those genuine, joyful moments of the morning.

The Ceremony Photography

One of the most exciting aspects of a Bourton Hall wedding is choosing your ceremony backdrop. Whether you say “I do” in the grandeur of the spectacular former-Catholic Chapel—with its ornate gold leaf ceiling—or opt for an open-air celebration beneath the elegant Portico overlooking the Leam Valley, I know exactly how to capture the emotion in these spaces. My experience means I can discreetly manage the light and angles in the Chapel’s unique setting, ensuring your vows are captured beautifully and intimately, regardless of the time of year.

As a wedding photographer, these are some of my favourite moments to capture, from the nervous anticipation before the ceremony to the emotion, laughter and reactions shared between couples, family and friends as the ceremony unfolds.

Working with the Bourton Hall Team and the Warwickshire registrars to capture beautiful photos during your wedding ceremony.

The Confetti Shot Photography

A firm favourite at Bourton hall is the confetti shot either coming out of the chapel or the main doors it is always lots of fun! These joyful, high-energy moments often create some of the most iconic wedding photographs of the day, filled with genuine laughter, excitement and celebration.

Photos of You and Your Guests

Formal group photographs are an important part of many wedding days, creating timeless family memories that will be treasured for years to come. Alongside these traditional wedding photographs, I also love capturing the natural interactions, laughter and genuine moments shared between you and your guests throughout the day.

From relaxed couple portraits and natural wedding photography to dramatic sunset images overlooking the Leam Valley, the venue offers beautiful backdrops throughout every stage of the wedding day.

Cake Cut, First Dance and Evening Photographs

Your evening guests have arrived to celebrate your wedding. At Bourton Hall you will kick off the evening celebrations with the traditional cake cutting before moving onto your first dance and the night’s party. These are often some of my favourite moments to photograph, capturing genuine reactions, laughter, emotion and the energy of the celebration as everyone relaxes and enjoys the evening.
