Booking couldn’t be easier, either give me a call directly on 07703290947 alternatively send me a message on WhatsApp, Messenger or email. The only point to note is that in any given month, I’ll can have a number of weddings, often in the same week or on the same weekend. This makes it important to get your day secured early to avoid disappointment.
You will need to select your wedding photography package and paying the non-refundable deposit of 25%. This secures the date and booking.
A lot of couples tend to book me early in their planning stage to secure my services, approximately 6-24months before their Big Day. Albeit it is not unheard of for couples to call me last minute for a booking and its always worth asking. It will depend on what is still available in my schedule.
This is a very exciting time for you and your partner, with so much to organise. Come and enjoy a consultation session with me to discuss your wedding photographer requirements and the logistics of your Big Day, this can be in person at my home studio or via video link if more convenient.
These relaxed sessions will give us the chance to get to know each other better and learn what you are looking for from your wedding photographer and any products you want to consider.
We’ll also discuss your budget, how many guests are attending, venue specifics (if you know the venue), the style of photography, the plan for the day and if you have a wedding coordinator/planner, then details like the wedding photography contract, and much more.
Believe me, this will be a very relaxed, fun and easy meeting with the best wedding photographer in Warwickshire.
Unfortunately I have couples ringing me every year distressed over having a sudden cancellation by their photographer.
One of the challenges for Couples is getting ‘bumped’ by their wedding photographer when higher value bookings come in on your booked date.
This is not a professional practice and you can rest assured, I will honour your booking and your date is secured, and further to that, unless due to serious illness or an emergency it will always be myself attending.
Having rescued a number of couples at last minute who have lost their photographers in this manner, this is something I feel somewhat passion about! It won’t happen here !
Absolutely, but this must be organised via myself as you don’t want two strangers turning up getting in each others way or missing crucial photographs. I have exclusivity to be the principle Photographer. I have my partner as a second photographer, but often invite other professional wedding photographers I’ve had the pleasure of working with in the past and have a clear plan so we team up seamlessly.
Absolutely – I’m a wedding photographer so I have 1,000s of photos up my sleeve, but you’re in charge throughout, so what you want I’ll do my absolute best to provide. So if you want a series of family shots taken or you’d like to explore the grounds for variety I’ll happily capture these for you.
Any Wedding Albums or Prints or Products will be detailed in the packages and on your order confirmation. We’ll discuss this in detail at our consultation meeting to get this planned. If the package you want does not have an album, please speak with me.
This depends on your wedding photography package and will be discussed in the discovery meeting together so we get this perfect. Post wedding day, we can review the photographs captured and you can decide if you want extras or other products.
My Wedding Photographer Packages are all time based, to cater for couples requiring my services for differing durations, from capture every moment starting with getting ready, to guests arriving, to the Ceremony / Register, to the Wedding Breakfast / Meal and Cake cutting, to the formal photographs, right through to the party element of your Big Day!
Equally my packages cater for couples that only require my time to capture very specific photographs in a shorter time period. Please be aware, that if moving between venues in Warwickshire, I may be held up in traffic or by unforeseen obstacles, so work with me on timings to provide adequate time to move around and if needed reserve parking to aid swift transitions or provide lifts. We’ll work together to aid transitions.

I understand that Warwickshire wedding photographers can be (are) expensive, so I do try to keep my costs and product costs competitive whilst maintaining high-end products, even with the demand and popularity of my wedding photography.
Please do talk to me if you require a bespoke photography package, additional services or simply need to find some savings and need some advice.
Full payment is required 30 days prior to your Wedding day and is non-refundable.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking date.
Many couples set up a standing order as a payment plan to spread the costs running up to 30 days prior, or pay in stages at their convenience.
Alternatively other couples prefer to settle the remaining balance of 75% in one final payment.
My main method of receiving payment is via BACs – bank to bank transfer, however, I can accept PayPal and credit cards via PayPal.
If payments are not made in full on time, then your booking may be lost.
I do try to be as flexible as possible, but equally I do have other professional and personal activities/commitments, as such I would always encourage couples to book the time they need to avoid disappointment, as I may not be able to increase the time period on your Big Day at a later date.
That said, I will always do my upmost to be flexible and add additional time subject to my availability. Unfortunately you cannot decrease your package once booked, albeit do always speak with me. I’m here to help, so please call and discuss your requirements, or changing requirements and any issues you have.
Every couple is different, some like me to take charge of planning their wedding photography style, managing the various images captured on the day as I choose and are quite relaxed in the editing process after their wedding, whereas some couples are the complete opposite with very clear views, styles, and scenes they wish for me to capture. I’m more than happy to be either-or and can dance somewhere in the middle if needed.
On the Big Day, most couples like a happy medium, from discreetly moving about largely unseen, with only a little gentle steering of the family/group for main photographs, to full ‘crowd management’ mode, moving people around effectively without making anyone feel bossed about or herded. I’m quite relaxed in either mode and occasionally I’ll have to take charge to make sure you get the photographs you requested using my experience.
Absolutely you can – normally most of my couples have tailored their package with me in the discovery meet, where we meet to plan and discuss your requirements. So we can add and tweak as you wish.
If you suddenly require extra time on the day unplanned, then I will do my utmost to stay and will discuss the cost at the point as if its only a short period I may not need to charge at all. You won’t be charged unreasonably I assure you. The only time I cannot is if I have personal commitments that cannot be altered at such short notice. I want you day to be perfect so will pull out all the stops to stay on as long as you need.
This is a common question to professional wedding photographers and easily answered, in that the Camera has two cards, so if one fails the other will have a RAW copy. And once home images are immediately loaded to a back up, so there are multiple copies. In addition, on the day I will typically alternate between two or more cameras, so there will always be back up images.
Do not worry – If I’m suddenly taken ill or have an emergency, I will do my utmost to organise a high quality replacement. I would only organise a replacement that I knew would capture the most amazing photographs that I will then edit myself. That said, it would be highly unlikely to occur.
Following your Wedding Day, your wonderful wedding photography will be reviewed, filtered and prepared in readiness to showcase with you via a secure digital portal. All images will have watermarks. This allows you to enjoy reviewing your images at your leisure or with loved ones from the secure digital portal. Depending on your package you’ll be able select your favourite images.
The selected images will undergo any light editing and final touching as required (this excludes advanced editing). Light editing and final touching, includes cropping, lighting adjustments, colour changes, skin and hair adjustments and various object removals, to make your images even sharper.
If you require advanced editing, such as splicing two images or significantly modifying the image, this can be discussed and is chargeable at £75 per hour due to the complexity of the work. It is rare advanced editing is requested.
If you’d like your photographs in an physical Album or Framed Prints, please speak with me so I can provide a quote.
Typically the editing and processing time is between 4 to 12 weeks depending on the volume of photographs taken and your specific requirements on editing. Remember I’ll typically have 1,000s of photos to review, crop, edit and present, so this does take time.
Yes Absolutely – As a professional wedding photographer I have full insurance cover, and the all important Public Liability Cover which many Wedding Venues insist on viewing before they allow you to work on site. This means that my insurance would trigger if something occurred injuring someone. For example, if someone walked into my camera lens and hurt themselves. It might sound minor but this is important to the wedding venue’s management and for your guests.
