Warwickshire Churches & Registry Offices
Warwickshire is a great county with some stunning venues and some absolutely picturesque surrounding villages and venues nestled within the country side The Warwickshire villages, towns and cities have some wonderful venues for wedding ceremonies (Marriages, Civil Partnerships and Renewal of Vows).
The Judges' House, Warwick
The Georgian Grade II-listed The Judges’ House is nestled in the heart of Warwick next to the original Crown Court. It features the High Sheriff’s Office on the ground floor with disabled access, a Drawing Room and a larger Dining Room on the first floor.
St John's House, Warwick
A Jacobean mansion, steeped in history with two wood-panelled rooms, one with a capacity of 40 guests and the other 6 guests for a more intimate occasion. Both rooms are situated on the ground floor and feature grand fireplaces, elegant chandeliers, and leaded windows. The ceremony room opens onto the garden for photographs.
The Bloxham Room, Rugby
Rugby is a fascinating historic market town located in Warwickshire in the heart of England. The ceremony room is decorated and furnished in shades of jade and cream and seats 50 guests. There are also beautifully kept gardens adjacent to the registration office providing you with an excellent photo opportunity for your marriage ceremony.
The Henley Room, Stratford-upon-Avon
The Henley Room is in a Tudor style building situated next to Shakespeare’s Birthplace, where the world’s most famous poet and playwright was born. Centrally located in a vibrant and bustling area of the town and seats 35 guests.
The Heritage Room, Nuneaton
Our attractive ceremony room has a light, bright, airy feel with a beautiful vista and tasteful furnishings, with seating for up to 50 guests. Situated in Riversley Park surrounded by beautiful formal flower beds, close to riverside walks and open spaces that provide excellent photo opportunities to capture your wedding day at its best.
St Mark's Church, Rugby
Getting married in church is a great occasion for a couple to celebrate their love and commitment to each other among family and friends, and to receive God’s blessing on their life together.
Along life’s journey there are a number of important milestones, as we’re born, grow up and become the people we are. At St Mark’s we consider it a great privilege to be involved in a special events.

The Wedding Photography Process

Initial Conversation
An initial conversation to hear about your idea and plans is our first step, as well as checking my availability for your Warwick wedding date. This is ultra relaxed and exciting to visualise your vision.

Secure Your Date
Once we have checked the dates, and decided on your wedding photography package, all you need to do is secure your date with a 25% deposit. It’s that easy and I’ll be there for you on your Big Day.

Deposit Payment
You will receive 2 invoices 1 for the 25% deposit and a second one that will be due 4 weeks before the booked wedding date. You can make payments for the 75% in between if you like.

Consultation Session
My couples are welcome to meet at my house or over video meeting to have a consultations, so we can talk about the details of your wedding and to get to know you both better. The day is all about you and I’m there to help it be amazing!

Final Confirm Package
You can if you wish upgrade your package, but it would depend on my availability, so if you know what you what secure me early at the deposit stage to avoid disappointment. I always try to be ultra flexible for you, even on the day.

Final Payment
The balance remaining on your package is due 4 weeks prior to your wedding date. You are welcome to pay instalments or in adhoc amounts before if this is easier. As long as it is cleared by the 4 week date.

Final Scheduling
Before your big day, feel free to call or email to run through any changes or finalise any further photos or information you would like to check.

Editing & Products
After your wedding, please allow 6-12 weeks for all images to be completed. These are fully edited and supplied on a secure online gallery.

Book your warwick wedding photographer...
In a typical month, I photograph multiple Warwick weddings, sometimes even on consecutive days or weekends. This makes it essential to secure your date as early as possible. To lock in your wedding day, simply choose your wedding photography package and pay a non-refundable deposit of 25%.
Most couples reserve my services early in their planning process, often 6 to 18 months ahead of their Big Day. That said, I occasionally accommodate last-minute bookings, depending on availability, and I’ve even had couples secure my services up to two years in advance!

These laid-back sessions are a wonderful opportunity for us to get to know each other and for me to understand exactly what you’re looking for in your wedding photos and products. And of course, I’ll be thrilled to hear the story of how you met!
During our chat, we’ll cover everything from your budget and guest count to venues, photography style, your wedding day timeline, and whether you’re working with a planner or coordinator. We’ll also review the photography contract and any other important details to ensure everything is seamless.
I promise, it’ll be a relaxed, fun, and enjoyable experience!

I aim to keep my wedding photography pricing straightforward, offering five main packages designed to suit a variety of needs. These packages are primarily based on the time I spend with you, and you can explore the pricing details here.
If you have specific ideas or unique requirements, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to customise a package just for you. Whether it’s adding extra time, covering multiple venues, or tailoring something entirely bespoke, I’m here to make sure your photography suits your vision.
It’s also common for couples to request additional time on the day itself, which I’m usually able to accommodate at my standard hourly rate.
I understand that weddings can be expensive, so I strive to keep my pricing competitive without compromising on the quality of my services or the premium products I provide. Despite my popularity and busy schedule, I remain committed to offering exceptional value.

EDITING TIME & EDITING INCLUDED
ThE MAgic Software...
After your wedding day, your images will be carefully reviewed, filtered, and prepared for you to view via a secure digital portal. These preview images will include watermarks, allowing you to enjoy them at your own pace or share the experience with loved ones. Depending on your package, you’ll have the opportunity to select your favorite images for final editing.
The selected images will receive light editing and final touches (advanced editing may incur additional costs, but this is uncommon). This process includes adjustments such as cropping, lighting and colour corrections, minor skin and hair retouching, and the removal of small distractions, all designed to enhance the quality and sharpness of your photos.
Please allow 4–10 weeks for your images to be edited, though the timeline may vary based on how quickly you review and select your favorites. If needed, expedited editing can be arranged. Final images will remain watermarked and will not be released until editing is complete and all payments have been received, which is standard practice in the industry.
For advanced editing, such as merging two images or significant modifications, I’m happy to discuss your requirements. These services are rare and charged at £75 per hour due to their complexity.
