NEWBORN PHOTOGRAPHER PRICES

Precious Moments Captured Forever  …

My newborn photography pricing is simple and transparent, designed to give you the flexibility to choose exactly what you want after you have seen your final images. The cost is broken down into two parts: a session fee and your choice of an image bundle. This ensures you only pay for the images and products you absolutely love.

All sessions are held in my beautiful, relaxed home studio in Rugby, Warwickshire, and are run with the utmost patience and care.

My prices are at the premium end of the market, but the quality of photography and editing is worth every penny.

STEP 1 - BOOK YOUR NEWBORN SESSION

The first step is to book in your Newborn Session and make payment to secure the booking date and time. I will always do my best to accommodate changes to bookings but there is no guarantee and this is a non-refundable booking. The Image Bundles are additional items and separate to the Newborn Session.

STEP 2 - SELECT YOUR NEWBORN IMAGE BUNDLE

After your Newborn Photography Session, your images will be provided (with watermark) to be previewed on a secured online gallery. From your secure gallery you can then choose the Newborn Image bundle that best suits your requirements. Choosing your image bundle is always done post photoshoot to enable you to decide having seen your photographs, if you wish you can come in person to discuss your images, but most of my parents like to discuss this over the phone (which removes sales any pressure !).

Also I no longer offer 5 image bundles or 10 image bundles are they were unpopular.

Once payment is received, the images can be downloaded. Note, Image Galleries are held for a minimum of 6-months.

Ready to Book Your Newborn Photoshoot?

A truly successful newborn photography session is built on a foundation of trust and a completely relaxed atmosphere. I know that a baby crying, being hungry, or refusing to settle is not a problem, it’s just part of being a newborn. That’s why my approach is centered around patience and going at your baby’s pace.

We’ll pause for feeds, take a break for nappy changes, or simply have a chat until they are ready. These moments of care are what matter most, and they are always welcomed and encouraged.

To make your visit as stress-free as possible, you can park right on the driveway, and I want you to feel free to bring anything and everything you might need. I’m here to support you and your baby, not just to take photos.

Top 10 Things to Bring for Your Newborn Photoshoot

1. A Fully Packed Nappy Bag: This is the most important thing. Make sure you have plenty of nappies, wipes, and nappy cream. Having everything you need on hand makes for a smooth, stress-free session. If you aren’t sure bring it anyway, I’d rather you are relaxed knowing its in a bag close to hand if needed.

2. Bottles and Formula (or a Breast Pump): A hungry baby will not be a happy or a sleepy baby. Plan for extra feeds and bring more than you think you’ll need. My studio is a completely relaxed environment, and feeding your baby whenever they need to is encouraged. Don’t be afraid to ask to stop at any point as often as you need, you’ll find out when we meet that I’m very easy going and we’ll be chatting and laughing anyway so stopping is totally ok.

3. A Favourite Dummy: If your baby uses a dummy, bring it. This is a great tool for helping to soothe your baby and get them into a peaceful, sleepy state.

4. A Favourite Swaddle or Blanket: This is a wonderful way to add a personal touch to your photos. A special swaddle or blanket can be used in your portraits, creating a beautiful and meaningful keepsake. I also have a massive range of coloured wraps and swaddles to get creative with.

5. A Change of Clothes for You: Accidents happen, and it’s best to be prepared. A spare top for you and your partner will ensure you stay comfortable and relaxed throughout the session.

6. Snacks and Drinks: Remember to take care of yourself, too! Bring some easy-to-eat snacks and a water bottle to keep your energy up while I’m working with your little one. The studio is kept really warm throughout to make sure your little one is totally relaxed and never cold, but parents can find it a bit toastie.

7. Any Special Props or Keepsakes: This is where you can have some fun and inject your family’s personality into the photos. A special teddy bear from a loved one, a small family heirloom, or something fun like a Rugby ball or a small keepsake from your favourite team are all wonderful ideas. Octopus teddies seem to be quite popular and make for a fun photograph.

8. Extra Outfits for a Newborn Catwalk: My studio is a treasure trove of props, but you’re welcome to bring along extra outfits, tiny hats, or little cardigans. A newborn photoshoot is the perfect excuse for a personal catwalk, showcasing your baby’s unique personality and style.

9. A White Noise Machine: Actually this is something you don’t need to worry about, my studio has a speaker with all sorts of white noise and soothing sounds. Some babies respond well to the soothing sound of a white noise machine. This can help them settle and stay asleep for longer, which is key for capturing those peaceful, curled-up shots. Some parents can’t get the noise out there heads for days and I haven’t had any adults fall asleep.

10. A Relaxed Attitude and Patience: This is perhaps the most important thing to bring. My studio is a completely calm and unpressured environment. I’m here to work with your baby’s needs, and I’ll always have time for nappy changes, breaks, and cuddles. Your patience is key to a wonderful, relaxed experience.
