The Vision

After a decade of marriage, Lovena and Donovan wanted to celebrate their journey with a vow renewal that defied tradition. Eschewing the classic white wedding, they envisioned a bold, dramatic, and intimate celebration. The brief was clear: capture the “Hollywood Glamour” of their aesthetic while leaning into the festive, storied atmosphere of Fawsley Hall at Christmas.

The Style: Noir & Crimson

The aesthetic was a masterclass in mood and contrast. Ceremony Room was transformed with, deep Red Roses,  Hundreds of blooms provided a lush, romantic texture against the historic room.

A Statement Look, Lovena turned heads in a breathtaking black gown, accented by red capped sleeves and dramatic crimson fabric trails that flowed behind her.

Holiday Magic I utilised the venue’s natural Christmas decor twinkling lights and roaring fires from the grand fire place to add warmth to the bold black and red palette.

The Approach The Hollywood Lens

To meet the “Hollywood look” brief, the photography focused on high-contrast lighting and cinematic framing. We treated the event less like a standard ceremony and with even more fun than usual!

Story-Driven Moments: Documenting the quiet interactions between Lovena, Donovan, and their closest family.

Dramatic Portraits: Using the architectural grandeur of Fawsley Hall to frame the couple, making Lovena’s black and red gown the focal point of every shot.
