My wedding photography prices are primarily based on the time you require me on your wedding day and to that end I’ve created the package below to provide you with maximum flexibility to match your wedding day schedule and budget. I call these my Flexi-Collections. If there is anything specific you’d like included please reach out as I’m always happy to adapt my packages.
The wedding photography prices shown are on my 2025 rates, but please note, I was fully booked across 2024 so to avoid disappointment secure your date with me as early as you can. Once booked and the non-refundable 25% deposit paid, your wedding date is secured in my diary. My prices are also fully transparent, there are no hidden costs, and once booked the price is locked in. Annually my prices are typically adjusted for the following year, so for 2026, 2027 and 2028 packages please reach out, albeit depending on when you book you may beat me to my adjustment and enjoy these prices, so reach out quick.

The Full Day – Flexi Collection, provides my couples with three duration options, starting at the time you determine. On the day, I will not suddenly pack up and vanish on the strike of the hour, I understand even the best planned schedules can go a little off track on the wedding day itself.

The Half Day – Flexi Collection, provides my couples with three duration options, starting at the time you determine. On your wedding day, I will do my absolute best to adapt and stay on a little longer for you if delays occur or schedules go astray, it does happen from time to time.

I have a wide range of Photobooks and Albums which can be added to your wedding package if you have a specific requirement, please ask for more information. Often couples prefer to wait until after their wedding to select their extras and albums, having viewed their images and knowing how many pages to include, and what their post wedding budget is or what gift money can be utilised. Either way, we’ll have lots of fun building your albums together.

Notes:
- Advertised prices may be subject to changes. Prices already quoted to my couples and Couples already booked in have their prices frozen and will not be changed.
- Annual Price will vary and you should get in touch to check the rates for next year and the following years.
- Standard Turnaround time is typically 6-12 weeks, there are express options available.

FURTHER INFORMATION
A 25% deposit is required upon booking to secure your wedding date, the remaining balance will be due four weeks before the wedding date. Please note that all deposits are non refundable.
Coverage on the day – you can arrange my start time and finish, but all my packages will finish before 11 pm. If you require time beyond 11 pm this can be arranged as a addon to the packages.

SELECTING & EDITING YOUR IMAGES
Following your Wedding Day, I will review your images and filter them in readiness to showcase with you via a secure digital portal. All images will have watermarks until final payment is received. This allows you to enjoy reviewing your images at your leisure or with loved ones from the secure digital portal.
The selected images will undergo light editing and final touching as required (this excludes advanced editing). Light editing and final touching, includes cropping, lighting adjustments, colour changes, skin and hair adjustments and various removals, to make your images even sharper.
If you require advanced editing, such as splicing two images or significantly modifying the image, this can be discussed and is chargeable at £75 per hour due to the complexity of the work. It is rare advanced editing is requested.
WATERMARKS & SOCIAL MEDIA
Purchased images are licensed for personal use only.
All images are owned and rights retained by Emma Lowe Photography.
All images are showcased with Watermarks until purchased.
Any attempt to remove Watermarks will incur a penalty charges of £500.
Images may be posted on Social Media, but they must make reference to Emma Lowe Photography, and must be removed if requested.
