My approach to wedding photography focuses on natural and elegant storytelling—capturing genuine moments without overly staged poses or heavy editing. My goal is to reflect your memories as they truly happened, timeless and authentic. Of course, I also appreciate the importance of classic, posed shots that deserve a special place in your wedding album or proudly displayed on your walls.
I like to describe my photography style as “adaptable and dynamic,” tailoring my approach to suit your needs. Initial Consultation
The first step is to have an initial conversation about your wedding and to check the availability of your wedding date and which package you would like.

Secure Your Date
Perfect! You have selected me to photograph and capture your wedding day in the East Midlands. To secure your date, a 25% deposit is required.

Deposit Payment
You will receive 2 invoices. 1 for the 25% deposit and a second one that will be due 4 weeks before your booked wedding date.

Consultation Session
I offer as many consultations as you would like to talk about the details of your wedding and to get to know you better. I will make your vision come to life.

Confirm Package
Once you have fully confirmed the package you would like, this would be emailed to me as a confirmation.

Final Payment
The balance remaining on your package is due 4 weeks prior to your wedding date. You are welcome to pay instalments before if this is easier.

Final Scheduling
Before your wedding we can email or speak over the phone to finalise any further photos or information you would like to check.

It’s your wedding day! Relax, we’ve had many conversations and I understand everything you would like from style to whom you would like in which photo!

Editing & Products
After your big day, please allow 6-12 weeks for all images to be completed. These are fully edited and supplied on a secure online gallery.

East Midlands Wedding Photographers' Get booked up quickly!
In any given month, I photograph multiple weddings across the East Midlands, often within the same week or weekend. To ensure your date is secured, I recommend booking early by selecting your preferred wedding photography package and paying a non-refundable deposit of 25%.
Most couples reserve my services during the early stages of their planning, typically 6–18 months before their wedding day. That said, last-minute bookings can occasionally be accommodated depending on availability, and some couples even book as far as two years in advance to guarantee their date!

Join me for a relaxed consultation to discuss your wedding photography needs and the logistics of your Big Day. This can take place in person at my home studio or via video call—whichever is most convenient for you.
During our session, we’ll get to know each other better and explore what you’re looking for in your wedding photography and any products you might want to include. We’ll also cover important details like your budget, guest count, venue specifics (if known), preferred photography style, and your day’s overall plan. If you have a wedding coordinator or planner, we’ll ensure everything aligns seamlessly. Additionally, we’ll review the wedding photography contract and other key details.
I promise this will be a fun, easy, and stress-free meeting—perfectly tailored to help you create unforgettable memories with one of the East Midland’s most trusted wedding photographers.
Package Prices
I strive to keep my wedding photography pricing straightforward, offering five core packages designed to suit a variety of needs. These packages are primarily based on the amount of time required, and you can view my pricing details here.
If you have specific requirements or unique plans, feel free to reach out. My wedding photography packages can be tailored to create a bespoke option just for you, including additional time or coverage across multiple venues.
On the day, it’s not unusual for couples to request extra time, which I’ll always do my best to accommodate at my hourly rate, subject to availability.
I understand that weddings can be costly, so I aim to keep my pricing competitive while maintaining the high-quality products and services that have made my photography so sought after in the East Midlands and beyond.

My wedding photography packages are time-based, offering flexibility for couples who need coverage for different parts of their special day. Whether you’d like me to document every moment—from getting ready, guests arriving, the ceremony, and the wedding breakfast to cake cutting, formal portraits, and the evening celebrations—or prefer a shorter package focused on specific highlights, I can cater to your needs.
For couples with multiple venues in the East Midlands, please keep in mind that traffic or unforeseen delays may occur. To ensure smooth transitions, I recommend planning ample travel time between locations and, if necessary, reserving parking or arranging transport. We’ll work together to make sure everything runs seamlessly.
One challenge couples sometimes face is being “bumped” by wedding photographers when a higher-paying booking arises for the same date.
Rest assured, this is not how I operate. Once your date is booked, it is fully secured, and I will personally attend your wedding unless an unforeseen emergency or serious illness prevents me.
Having stepped in to help several couples at the last minute after losing their photographer, this is an issue I am deeply passionate about avoiding. Your trust and peace of mind are my priorities.
East midlands Wedding Photographer - Payment Options
Full payment is required 30 days prior to your Wedding day and is non-refundable.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking date.
Many couples set up a standing order as a payment plan to spread the costs running up to 30 days prior, or pay in stages at their convenience.
adapting packages
I strive to be as flexible as possible, but I do have other professional and personal commitments. For this reason, I encourage couples to book the time they need upfront to avoid disappointment, as I may not be able to extend the coverage on your wedding day later.
That said, I will always do my best to accommodate additional time requests, subject to availability. Unfortunately, once a package is booked, it cannot be reduced, though I’m always happy to discuss any changes or concerns. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you’d like to review your requirements or address any issues—I’m here to help.
Managing Your Wedding Photography on the Big Day
Every couple is unique—some prefer me to take the lead in planning their wedding photography style, capturing moments as I see fit and trusting me with the editing process. Others have specific visions, styles, and must-have shots they’d like me to capture. I’m happy to adapt to either approach or find a balance that suits you best.
On your wedding day, most couples appreciate a middle ground. I can blend into the background, discreetly capturing candid moments, while gently guiding family and group photos when needed. Alternatively, I can step into ‘crowd management’ mode, organizing large groups effectively without making anyone feel rushed or uncomfortable. Whatever the approach, I’m flexible and will occasionally take charge to ensure we achieve the images you’ve envisioned, using my experience to make the process seamless and enjoyable.
The Magic of PhotographY Software...
After your wedding day, your images will be carefully reviewed, filtered, and prepared for viewing through a secure digital portal. These watermarked previews allow you to review your photographs at your convenience, either alone or with loved ones.
Your selected photographs will undergo light editing and final touches to enhance their quality (advanced editing is not included). This process may involve cropping, adjusting lighting and colours, minor skin and hair refinements, and removing small objects to create sharper, polished images.
Please allow 4 to 10 weeks for the editing process, depending on the package and the timeliness of your image selections. Faster turnaround can be arranged if needed.
If you’d like to preserve your memories in a physical album or framed prints, I’d be delighted to provide a quote tailored to your preferences.
If you later decide that you’ll like all your images on a USB, the standard charge is £400. These images will only have light touching and cropping applied.
If you’d like albums, frames and prints adding to your package or after your Wedding Day, this can be arranged.
It is not uncommon for Couples to view their photographs and wish to amend there options for albums and printing with extras.
